Frank Schipula's Vision
In 2003, Frank Schipula had a vision to create an organization that would cultivate relationships and
transform the lives of professional people. Because of his passion in helping others, Timothy's Purse was
established. It has grown into four unique programs dedicated to helping professionals in life, liberty
and the pursuit of happiness.
From the parent organization of Timothy's Purse, which is a repository of
faith based wealth, to Eye of a Needle, dedicated in transforming the lives of individual professionals in
need of purpose and prosperity, Timothy's Purse continues to invest in the future of human endeavor. Making
relationships a priority, Brothers of Titus gives professionals an opportunity to give back to their profession
by providing a support network of and between professionals, which mentors others in the power of hope, growth and opportunity.

Timothy’s Purse is in need
of more facilities. The financial support received, currently provides for short respites and limited extended
stay housing.
Our vision is to provide for Shepherd's Retreat, a proposed three-tier
service facility consisting of three distinct retreats, Green Pastures, Shadow of Wings, and Living Waters. Green
Pastures provides a safe haven and quiet respite from the busyness of everyday life in the form of a soothing retreat environment,
Shadow of Wings is a full service resort complex for rejuvenating the spiritual and professional juices, and Living Waters
is an extended stay housing development for professionals in transformation.
